Maria Agiannidi is an Attorney – Αt – Law, associate of the firm P|A|G Law Office. Maria provides legal services to individuals and legal entities in a broad range of cases, including Civil, Commercial and Corporate Law.

She is primarily involved in dispute resolution and litigation with particular emphasis on commercial claims, breaches of contract, compensation claims involving road traffic accidents, medical malpractice disputes and disputes of Family and Inheritance Law. Maria has also significant experience in all aspects of civil proceedings before the Greek Courts regarding various debt collection proceedings, as well as in enforcement proceedings of judicial decisions and orders and in post-judgment case management. In this respect, she focuses on monitoring and administration of cases regarding enforcement proceedings, including research for movable and immovable assets, initiation of seizures and auctions as well as settlement of debts (including negotiation, drafting and execution of debt settlement and guarantee agreements).

Finally, Maria provides consulting legal services on corporate and commercial issues and she is especially involved on negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts.
